Focus is on postures and conscious breathing in combination with mental focus develop awareness, strength, followed by relaxation. Some poses will be held for several long breaths, and others will be executed with repetition, so students should find their own steady edge in a pose. This class also includes opportunities to use the wall, blocks, and our own body weight to build strength and stability. Adaptations will be shown to guide each student at their own personal level using props. This class is suitable for healthy students of all levels.
