Restorative Yin *CANCELLED

This class is designed to help prepare your Mind and Body for the upcoming week. We will focus on releasing our previous week to allow us to create a positive focus for our week ahead. {Limit 10 students}

The room will be gently heated to encourage muscular relaxation. Lights will be low, candles lit, and music soft. You will create gentle postures using blocks, pillows, & blankets. To get an optimal release posture will be held for 5 - 10 minutes depending on the pose. The instructor will work with you individually if needed to ensure optimal comfort within each pose.
