Mobility should be a proactive approach and not a reactive one. This class is a series of 4 classes. Each week builds into the next. This series will allow each individual to focus on the maintenance and strength of the joints, tendons, and ligaments. We will also work on flexibility, and on the improvement of muscle movement around a range of motion, which is essential to proper recovery, greatly reducing soreness, and improving your overall health.
